Rest is important, so let your body indulge while it will. It keeps your mind insant. Its a cycle of completion for the mind and body. Overload is extreme its like a dimino effect in the way we chose to live. Balance is one of the basic ingredients to rest. Its like watering a plant and watching the water sink into the soil. Not having rest is like drinking water off the ground, and hoping that it is fresh. Put my rest in a cup where the water dwells for me to drink.
